Giselle Baptista
CEO & Cofounder
Giselle, a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of experience and an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, is defined by her unwavering commitment to overcoming challenges. Initiating her career in nursing in Brazil, Giselle swiftly transitioned into management, demonstrating her passion for continuous learning and development. Her academic journey included achievements in Financial Management and Accounting, paving the way for significant professional growth and assuming senior management roles in prominent companies.
Driven by an innate desire for expansion, Giselle pursued larger challenges, leading her to the United States in 2019. Settling in Florida, she encountered a transformative treatment that not only changed her life but fueled her determination to share its benefits with a broader audience. Immersing herself in mastering every aspect of this treatment, Giselle leveraged her executive management expertise and health sector knowledge to rapidly expand its reach. In 2022, she relocated to Massachusetts, founding Viva Wellness Center.
For Giselle, establishing Viva Wellness Center is not just a professional milestone; it’s a life mission. Her vision is to extend health and well-being to as many individuals as possible, reflecting her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on people’s lives.
Carlos Pardo, APRN
Clinical Director & Cofounder
Carlos Pardo, a Colombian medical graduate from Universidad del Valle (Cali, Colombia), received certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) at the International University (Miami, USA) in 2010.
Holding active licenses in the states of Florida and Massachusetts, Carlos Pardo boasts over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field. He is a licensed Doctor in Colombia and a Nurse Practitioner in the USA. Since 2019, he has played a pivotal role in establishing the CaliMed Wellness Center in Plantation, FL.
Pardo’s professional affiliations and certifications include memberships with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), and the Florida Association of Nurse Practitioners (FANP). He is also affiliated with the United States Colombian Medical Association (USCMA). Carlos Pardo holds certificates in Hormone Replacement Therapies, IV Nutrition, and Chelation Therapies. Additionally, he is certified as a Commercial Driver Medical Examiner (DOT) and is licensed to prescribe controlled drugs by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Carlos Pardo is further certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).
