Following your EndoLift® procedure, it’s important to care for your skin properly to ensure smooth healing and the best results.
1. Immediately After Treatment
- Mild redness, swelling, or tightness is normal and may last up to 48 hours.
- You may notice minor bruising or tenderness at the insertion sites — this typically resolves within a few days.
- Apply cold compresses as needed to reduce swelling.
- Do not apply makeup or skincare products for at least 24 hours unless approved by your provider.
2. First 3–5 Days
- Keep the area clean and dry. Gently cleanse with mild, fragrance-free soap.
- Avoid touching or massaging the treated area.
- Do not expose the skin to heat (saunas, hot showers, or sunbathing).
- Sleep with your head elevated for the first 1–2 nights to minimize swelling.
- Continue avoiding alcohol and smoking to support collagen healing.
3. First 1–2 Weeks
- Avoid strenuous exercise or activities that cause excessive sweating for at least 7 days.
- Do not schedule facials, chemical peels, or laser treatments for at least 3–4 weeks post-procedure.
- Apply SPF 30+ daily, even indoors, to protect the treated area and maintain results.
4. Long-Term Care
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle and skincare routine to extend your results.
- Results typically continue to improve over weeks to months as new collagen forms.
