Viva Wellness Center Supplement Return Policy
Overview
At Viva Wellness Center, we prioritize quality and safety. Due to the nature of supplements, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products.
Eligible Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The return request is made within 14 days of purchase.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used supplements
- Items purchased more than 14 days ago
- Discounted or sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at centrobienestarviva@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
