Following your EndoLift\u00ae procedure, it\u2019s important to care for your skin properly to ensure smooth healing and the best results.<\/span><\/p>

1. Immediately After Treatment<\/b><\/h3>
  • Mild <\/span>redness, swelling, or tightness<\/b> is normal and may last up to 48 hours.<\/span><\/li>
  • You may notice <\/span>minor bruising or tenderness<\/b> at the insertion sites \u2014 this typically resolves within a few days.<\/span><\/li>
  • Apply <\/span>cold compresses<\/b> as needed to reduce swelling.<\/span><\/li>
  • Do not apply makeup<\/b> or skincare products for at least 24 hours unless approved by your provider.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    2. First 3\u20135 Days<\/b><\/h3>
    • Keep the area clean and dry.<\/b> Gently cleanse with mild, fragrance-free soap.<\/span><\/li>
    • Avoid touching or massaging<\/b> the treated area.<\/span><\/li>
    • Do not expose the skin to heat<\/b> (saunas, hot showers, or sunbathing).<\/span><\/li>
    • Sleep with your head elevated<\/b> for the first 1\u20132 nights to minimize swelling.<\/span><\/li>
    • Continue <\/span>avoiding alcohol and smoking<\/b> to support collagen healing.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      3. First 1\u20132 Weeks<\/b><\/h3>
      • Avoid strenuous exercise<\/b> or activities that cause excessive sweating for at least 7 days.<\/span><\/li>
